About the role:
Fall part a phenomenal baking team as one of the bread makers. The position entail’s the specialization in sourdough bread and working in a team environment on rotating shifts. Initially the position will be a 11am start. With a great company culture and a growing organization this is a fantastic career opportunity for someone with direct baking experience or similar cookery skills and attributes.

The successful candidate will be competent in:
• Running multiple facets within the bake process
• Minimum of 1 year experience in baking
• Leading junior staff by accurate and direct communication
• Health and safety standards
• Food safety standards
• Thinking outside the box as well as an understanding of lean production
• Reporting directly to the bakery manager
