About the company & Role:

My client is a successful company whose office is located in the heart of Frankton; they specialize in providing stunning holiday home accommodation in the Hamilton area. Proving a homely atmosphere, they have all the mod cons and provide accommodation for a variety of needs, durations and people. They are need a stand-out person to take on the role of Property Supervisor.
The day to day duties include (but not limited to)

• Managing staff and creating schedules 2 weeks in advance
• Training and staff upkeep
• Implementing and driving home Health and Safety to a high standard
• Liaising with cleaners and overseeing the end result
• Stock and quality control
• Ensure the homes stay in great conditions at all times
• Be brand ambassador at all times and wear the logo with pride

This position is believed to be between 25-30 hours with flexibility required for seasonal demands.
