Since 1998, The Success Group has been providing Recruitment and H/R services to our clients throughout the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Auckland.

An opportunity has opened for someone who is looking to progress their career in the recruitment industry to join our friendly and supportive Auckland office. A passion for working with people and having the ability to see the potential in others will see you succeed in this role.

Your main responsibilities will be advertising through social media platforms, phone and face to face interviews, reference checks, processing of timesheets, and working alongside a Recruitment Partner to ensure we are meeting both our client’s and the candidate’s needs.

We are looking for someone who isn't afraid of picking up the phone or getting face to face with potential clients or candidates. This role has the potential to progress for someone interested in moving into a Recruitment Consultant role.

Having an understanding of social media marketing and a strong creative flair to help build on our marketing strategy is advantageous.

• The ability to manage and update our social media profiles
• Basic content creation for social media posts
• Strong written skills
• A pleasant phone manner
• Competence in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
• Great attention for detail with our documentation processes
• A relevant tertiary qualification (not essential)
